METANOIA: CHRISTIAN, CONSERVATIVE, REPUBLICAN

If you’re a Bible reading, pick-up your cross everyday Christ-follower then you should be, without a doubt, a conservative and then a Republican. If the Republican Party shifts course from conservatism and Christian values then the Christ-followers will separate from them. People don’t understand this and like to resort to defining this as identity politics—which is a little hilarious. When there’s a GOP government official who doesn’t align policy-wise to biblical values, Christian conservatives are quick to rebuke them—not blindly support them. Some will say we’re cruel or selfish to want certain rules and regulations. However, the freedoms progressives seek are self-fulfilling and self-centered versus freedoms that protect the greater good. Progressives fail to realize we have to live under the same laws and regulations that we advocate for. The difference is that we would rather deny ourselves access to the things we know will destroy us. God’s Word and will always come first to us because He is the only way. He knows all and His truth is absolute. Everything is in the Bible, ya just gotta read it.
